I love this store. They are so accommodating & helpful. I brought in part of a metal bird bath thinking I would just need to purchase new parts. They worked on it to straighten it, and didn't charge a thing. The bird bath is now perfectly straightened!!! See photo!!! They said it was under warranty, but I still felt they needed some payment for their labor. They refused payment. They are the kindest people!!! I highly recommend them!!

My husband and I stopped in here with the hopes of setting up our first backyard bird feeder. Stanley was an absolute pleasure to work with — he was well-informed, kind, professional, and his enthusiasm for birds was infectious. After browsing their excellent selection, we left with a great setup that we can’t wait to install. Thanks Wild Birds Unlimited!

Very happy customer here. I've been at war with squirrels for months. No matter what anti-squirrel feeders and other obstacles I put up, they found a way around them to raid the bird feeders and keep the birds away. I finally came to WBU and bought their pole system. Fifteen minutes after it was installed, birds were flocking to the feeders, with the squirrels looking on helplessly! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Good products + service. What more could you want?

WBU makes my heart sing! This store has been my haven since I moved to Fort Collins two years ago. My first visit was to purchase a new feeder and birdseed, and the incredibly kind staff not only recommended the perfect seed but also provided a list of local spots she thought I'd enjoy. I've since spent entire paychecks at this store (no regrets) and made it my go-to for all holiday and birthday gifts – they truly have something for everyone! Recently, as I'm downsizing and preparing for a move, I was saddened by the thought of leaving my bird feeders behind. To my delight, I discovered that WBU would take and refurbish my feeders. The store, its staff, and its mission have brought me immense joy these past two years. It feels wonderful to give back my feeders, knowing they'll bring joy to someone else!

Fort Collins is lucky to have such a great store for its birding needs. Lauren and the entire staff are stellar in their knowledge and willingness to help their customers. It's not only a warm and welcoming atmosphere inside physically, everyone working there is super friendly and fun folk to be around. Great products, great service, and especially super great people!
